OFFICIAL GAMEPLAYQuasimorph Guides
Start with the Quasimorph beginner guide for action economy, room entry, wounds, supplies and extraction. Then open the focused build, repair, trading or mission guide that answers the current problem; this is the fastest route from a failed run to one repeatable survival decision.

OFFICIAL GAMEPLAYQuasimorph Builds
Choose the job first, then assemble only the pieces that serve it: a survival build needs repeatable defense and an exit plan; ranged control needs accuracy, sustainable ammunition, and a second damage type; looting needs useful capacity without losing combat reliability; fabrication needs the relevant station and compact inputs. Pick the class, operator, and implants from those constraints, then test with replaceable gear.

OFFICIAL GAMEPLAYQuasimorph Missions
Mission types change faction Power, Technology, or station control. Story missions add reputation, item, time, and previous-mission triggers, so check the route before choosing a contract.

OFFICIAL GAMEPLAYQuasimorph Factions Guide
Compare faction Power, Technology and available rewards before choosing support. Separate ordinary station conquest from proxy-corporation capture. Contracts and strategic pressure can change normal station control; after the Management Department is unlocked, a chosen minor corporation can instead become your proxy through its special headquarters and CEO-elimination mission. A proxy's type changes its production, generated mission types, and allies, and the developer says that type can be changed later.

OFFICIAL GAMEPLAYQuasimorph Mods
Use the Steam Workshop as the primary mod directory, filter by compatible version and category, inspect dependencies and recent updates, back up saves, then add mods gradually so conflicts are easy to isolate.

OFFICIAL GAMEPLAYQuasimorph Cheats and Developer Tools
Quasimorph cheat-like features generally depend on mods, developer-console tools, or save changes. Back up first, verify 1.0 compatibility, use the tool's current help output, and avoid undocumented commands on an important save.

OFFICIAL GAMEPLAYQuasimorph Technical Guide
Start with the symptom: use Save Location for Windows backups and restoration, Controller Support for input questions, Steam Deck for compatibility checks, and the mods guide when a workshop change caused the problem. Change one variable at a time and preserve the complete save folder before troubleshooting.

OFFICIAL GAMEPLAYQuasimorph Item & Upgrade Material Finder
Search an item name or filter by category, station type, and upgrade relevance. Every result links to a crawlable field note explaining where to focus, what the mapping means, and how to verify it after a patch; compatible locations are leads, not guaranteed drops.

OFFICIAL GAMEPLAYQuasimorph Campaign Assistant Tools
Start in My Campaign to record the current goal, faction focus, loadout, ship progress, and upgrade requirements. Use Mission Decision before deployment, Upgrade Route after identifying a material bottleneck, and Mission Result Log after extraction to preserve versioned evidence.

Get the answer blocking your run
Direct routes to the established guides players use most often when a specific system stops progression.
How do I survive my first Quasimorph runs?
Finish the tutorial, deploy with expendable gear and healing supplies, control sight lines with doors and corners, inspect enemy resistances, and extract valuable unlock chips instead of over-looting.
How do implants and body slots work?
Find implants and augmentations in mission containers and faction supply, then install them through the clone's body interface only when the required body location is free and compatible. If installation fails, compare the item's listed socket with occupied locations, wounds, and the current body layout. Since 1.0.2, the game tries to place implants in regular or medical containers instead of loose on the floor; the notes say the overall appearance rate did not change.
Where is the Quasimorph save location?
Close Quasimorph, paste `%USERPROFILE%\AppData\LocalLow` into File Explorer, then check the existing `Magnum Scriptum` and `Magnum Scriptum Ltd` folder variants for `Quasimorph` and any `Saves` child folder. Copy the complete Quasimorph folder to a dated backup before troubleshooting or restoring it.
Where can I find Military Parts?
Find Military Parts as mission loot rather than at one guaranteed location. Preserve the container until extraction unless the current weapon must be repaired immediately; disassembling it can produce a Gunsmith firearm repair kit, so compare the container's weight and future repair value against the rest of the loot before opening it.
Which operator fits this mission role?
Choose the operator for the job and failure mode: Percy is a forgiving general-survival candidate, Isabella fits infection-heavy plans, Jacques supports reload-intensive firearms, Priya supports hauling, and Francis supports durability-heavy weapon use. Then pair that personal perk with a class that triggers during the same actions, mission-specific armor, sustainable ammunition, and a backup answer to the likely resistance matchup.
How do I repair weapons and armor?
Repair a weapon or armor piece only when its remaining condition threatens the mission or the item is valuable enough to preserve. Match the repair material to the equipment category, use cheap field repairs to reach extraction, and reserve scarce specialist supplies for gear you intend to keep.
Which faction should I support?
The best faction depends on the goal: desired rewards and equipment, enemies your build can counter, story interest, reputation and the strategic effect of strengthening that faction. Compare the live Technology and campaign state instead of following one permanent tier list.
How do I capture and manage a proxy corporation?
Unlock the Management Department, select an eligible minor corporation in its faction window, and use Capture to generate the special headquarters mission. Complete the CEO objective to obtain the proxy; check Flexible Diplomacy for type changes affecting production, missions and allies. Ordinary station conquest is a separate system. This sequence combines the developer's proxy explanation with a post-1.0 community walkthrough; confirm available controls in your current campaign.
Where should I go after Mars?
There is no single mandatory destination after Mars. In version 1.0, choose Venus when you want to begin Xiomara-related progression and can field pierce or beam answers, Mercury when blunt damage and a shorter combat learning step fit your inventory, or another low-risk contract when the ship still cannot replace a failed loadout.

Quasimorph blends cyberpunk, cosmic body horror, tactical turn-based combat, and high-risk extraction. Successful contracts return loot and technologies to your PMC; death costs the equipment carried by that clone.
